Craigslist fiasco

Craigslist has shut down their erotic section!

So as everyone has already heard, Craigslist has shut down their erotic services section. There was allot of hassle from the FBI after the media covered the guy in Boston shooting the lady he met up with off Craigslist. So they shut that section down. What do they expect to get out of this? The adult section still remains open to post in. Isn't that not the same section? Lol! The difference is that placing a posting is now $10.00 instead of $5.00. I am sure that the FBI will make sure to keep an eye on this section as well but accepted a compromise on Craigslist part. If you did not already know and have never used Craigslist, It is probably wise not to. Everyone that places an ad in the adult section has to pay with a credit card so if the individual gets popped, the cops can personally ask for their information off their credit card. I am not sure if it would go this far but using credit cards for illegal activity supposedly makes it a federal offense so I have heard. I personally feel that listing yourself on craigslist is very dangerous. Not only with the people you may meet off of there, but also because the cops are combing Craigslist to make busts. It does not seem as if they are doing so right now in Lexington KY because they have a shortage from laying so many cops off, but there will be a time when the cops will start paying attention to the independent escorts and escort services again. Personally, we haven't advertised on Craigslist before but we have posted jobs in the adult section, we definately did not have any luck. The replies we recieved were not applicants that were of par for us but hey, you may have luck. It just seems like there are so many directories and other sites to find escorts or advertise your services without having to worry as much. If you are a fan of the site, do not worry. There is still an adult section for you! :)

Forget Craigslist! Just use us! LOL!
