The X list is intended for safety only. Escorts and clients alike need to be careful in today's society and we only exist to provide the community with alerts in local area. Using this site for anything but safety precautions goes against our policy and anyone who goes against it will be terminated permanantly from our site.

The X List charges a one time membership fee of $5.00 that must be paid before acceptance. With this membership, you will be able to see and post warnings in your section in the city and state of the occurance. Escorts have the option of signing up for both sections of the site including warnings for clients and warnings for escorts by paying for both memberships. This is only permitted to check clients complaints to see and be able to respond to such. Posting warnings about your competitors will cause you to lose both memberships and may be prosecuted if the competitor so feels. Clients can only sign up for the client section and are subject to their membership being banned if they are giving false reviews of others, causing trouble on the boards, being vulgar, or is found to be a company or being downing their competition. Both parties are subject to these rules. If either party is found to be pranking or sending false reviews or starting fights on the forums, membership will be permanantly banned.

These rules are set in place to: provide safety in the community, call an end to time wasters, and have a place to meet up with others to provide a bond in your community. Times are tough without having competitors causing trouble. This is a time to bond and stand together to keep our jobs and lives safe.

We do not sell your information and will keep your information discreet. We do accept names, addresses and phone numbers of those who are being reported to put an end to prankers and bad calls. This information should not be used for anything else and may result in a lawsuit or other such proceedings. We charge a one time fee for membership for verification purposes and your information may be turned over to the proper authorities if asked for violating our terms and policies.

We will not be help liable for any postings by clients or escorts/services. If you feel they have violated our terms please contact us imediately so we can investigate the situation. Please do not contact us if you were listed on the black list for good reason. This site is for the community. If you do bad business or do not know how to act with a lady that gives good cause for you to be listed. If you can prove that the listing is a fake by a competitor, please contact us immediately and contact the authorities. We do not tolerate harrassment as much as we tolerate bad calls. If we feel the warning is a fake, we will delete the posting and along with the posters account. If we feel the review may be real and you are just not wanting a bad review, we will not take it down and your account may or may not be deleted. Contacting the proper authorities helps because they can look further into the false reviews. We do not and will provide you with some else's personal information for discretion purposes. The authorities can retrieve such information for you so you can proceed further and we will then delete your post. We will not be held liable for anything written by any posters on this site.

Any posters that post advertisements or any such ads in hopes to gain attention in any of our forums will cause your membership to be banned. If you are looking to advertise or list your business, please click on the link that says advertise for options. Any pictures, descriptions, or any other information used on this site listed for your business may or may not be used for advertising this site which means extra business for us both. When you advertise with us, you understand that we may use that infrmation to promote The X List.

We hope we will not have any issues that are listed above. Signing up for a membership automatically means you accept our policies and terms and will not hold us liable in any way.
